Working with the then DICT Secretary General Eliseo Rio, Jr., developed an aggregation strategy to launch Community Wireless and Power Corporation for:
- Electric Coops
- Local Government Units
- Medium to Small Enterprises
To develop Internet and energy efficiency as a Service platform to spur growth of the Middle class in the provincial communities which had been suffering from poor infrastructure investments and plan.
Additionally, launched www.upperpathways com for sustainable education programs to skill local workers and entrepreneurs to benefit from the new connectivity infrastructure.
