Jayita Ghosh, who is in her early-forties, is a graduate with Hons. in Botany from the Calcutta University and has also completed successfully the GNIIT program from NIIT. She started her career as a Medical Transcriptionist in 2000 and performed various roles starting from a Medical transcriptionist to Manager Operations in top-notch organizations.
Ms. Ghosh currently handles overall responsibility for the Operations of the entire group and has successfully steered the group to its present position.
Nikunj Ghosh | Director of Software Development Global
Mr. Nikunj Ghosh is a Bachelor of Science, a Graduate from NIIT Ltd. (India’s premier IT Training Institute) and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He is also holding a PG Diploma in Marketing Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan Management College. He has been associated with various groups for over 20 years. He previously served as a Sr. Manager Operations of a company which was into medical transcription business, where he demonstrated his strong commitment to operational performance and leadership. He was awarded “Employee of the Year “ by the same organization. Mr. Ghosh has extensive experience in business management, software development, product development and delivery, technical diligence, customer support and understanding technology trends, for which he had been assigned the new role of the Technical head in the same organization.
He also heads the ASP Team and has been responsible for the development, successful launch and implementation, and responsible for leading the Product Development team; over the past 10 years, he has successfully recruited and built a core team specializing in Application Development, Testing, Provisioning and Support. His leadership and motivational skills has resulted in this product developed in record time. He has successfully developed several healthcare products including clinical document management products and several utility tools helping transcriptionists and Physicians manage clinical documentation.
